Information you choose to share

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional company, selected service, message, and consent. The newsletter interest form collects your email address and consent. We also record submission identifiers and timestamps to manage requests and prevent duplicates.

How submissions are used

Contact and newsletter submissions are stored in a MySQL database on the server that hosts this website so DMS can review and respond to inquiries. Submissions do not trigger automatic notifications; DMS staff review them directly. Newsletter submissions record interest in future insights; this website does not itself send a mailing campaign or confirmation email.

Hosting and operational data

This website is self-hosted on a virtual private server operated by HostHatch and is delivered through Cloudflare, which provides content delivery, TLS encryption, and security filtering. Cloudflare processes request data such as your IP address and user agent to deliver and protect the site. The web server that hosts this site keeps access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, and referring page) for security and troubleshooting; older entries are deleted automatically once about 30 MB of log data has accumulated. Server-side controls use limited network and email-derived identifiers to reduce automated abuse. These controls are not used as public profiles. This website’s own pages include no analytics or tracking scripts.

Web fonts

Pages load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser sends its IP address and user agent to Google to retrieve the font files. Google’s own terms and privacy practices apply to those requests.

Responsible sharing

Please do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential assessment evidence, sensitive personal data, or private client information through public website forms. The contact form is not a vulnerability reporting channel. To report a security vulnerability in this website, email [email protected] instead; reporting details are also published in security.txt.

Your choices

Providing information is voluntary. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, to withdraw your consent, or to unsubscribe from newsletter interest, email [email protected]. You can also use the contact form. Describe your request without sharing additional sensitive data. Records should be retained only as needed for the inquiry, consent, and applicable obligations.
